These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of https://webcamsdb.com (the "Site"), operated by WebcamsDB ("WebcamsDB", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Adults only

The Site contains sexually explicit material and links to it. You may only use the Site if:

  • you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher;
  • viewing sexually explicit material is legal where you are;
  • you do not find such material offensive, and you use the Site only for your own personal viewing;
  • you will not let minors access the Site or its content.

By confirming the age notice or using the Site, you confirm that all of the above is true.

2. What the Site is

WebcamsDB is a free directory of webcam models from third-party live cam platforms, currently Chaturbate, Stripchat, LiveJasmin and Streamate (the "Platforms"). We do not produce, host or stream any model content. Profiles, images, online status and streams are provided by the Platforms through their public feeds, APIs and players, and remain the property of the Platforms and the models.

Links to the Platforms are affiliate links: we may earn a commission when you sign up or buy on a Platform. This does not cost you anything extra. Your use of a Platform is governed by that Platform's own terms and privacy policy.

3. Accuracy of information

Model information comes from the Platforms and is updated about every 30 minutes. It may be incomplete, outdated or wrong, for example a model shown as online may already have gone offline. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any information about models, and we are not responsible for what models do or show on the Platforms.

4. Regional restrictions

Some models choose not to be shown in certain countries, regions or languages, and we respect these choices. In countries and US states where the law requires age verification for adult websites, the Site does not show model images or streams; you can still follow the links to the Platforms, which verify your age themselves. You may not use VPNs, proxies or other means to get around these restrictions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
  • copy, scrape, crawl or harvest the Site or its data by automated means, except search engines indexing the Site for public search;
  • frame or mirror the Site, or present it as your own;
  • interfere with the Site's security or operation, or try to access parts of it that are not public;
  • send false or abusive removal or DMCA requests.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, code and logo belong to us or our licensors. Platform names, logos and other trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the Platforms. Model images, streams and profile content belong to the Platforms, the models or other rights holders.

7. Removal requests and copyright

Models can have their profile removed from the Site, and rights holders can report infringing material, through our DMCA and removal page. See also our 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement.

8. Third-party websites

The Site links to websites we do not control, including the Platforms. We are not responsible for their content, services, availability or privacy practices. You visit them at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time. We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows when they were last updated, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms. We may block access to the Site for anyone who breaks these Terms.

13. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
