I love making TikTok videos---recording fun moments, sharing my energy, and just being myself. I also love sleeping! After a long and intense training session, nothing feels better than getting some good rest. And one of my favorite things is going to spas and saunas. It's the best way to relax my muscles and feel refreshed.
