When I first read the question, I thought cuddling or foreplay would be a good answer. But then I sat back and wondered... are these really THE BEST part of sex for me? And, I got my answer. They're great but not the best. I definitely like the tease and the lead-up to the main act. I like the part where my partner and I gasp for air after helping each other reach a peak climax.
