Selfimprovement is sacred to me. I listen to podcasts on the treadmill, watch lectures on YouTube, and write down yearly goals in a fancy notebook. True, after a week that notebook turns into a grocery list, and the podcasts become a popmusic playlist. But I never give up: the main thing is that I at least know how to set goals properly even if I don't set them more than twice.
